About Shipment

1. Please make sure the address , phone number, post code and full name are correct ,when making the order. if you have made the order and want to fix the imformations , please cancel the order, and reorder again.
2. The parcel will sent out within 1-3 days after the payment cleared.
3. Since the import policies of different countries are different, if customs procedures need to pay tariffs, buyers need to pay the tariffs.special requirement, make a note to let us know.
4. If Items is not received in 60 days,we will 100% refund

Return&Refund

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or exchange. There are NO exceptions! Shipping costs are paid by the seller and the buyer in half.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po #.
3. We will refund the full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. Or you can choose a replacement.
